AWH IT’S THE COMFORTING MANATEE
anyone else see the irony in a “comforting manatee” meme when these creatures are near the brink of extinction due to humans?
No? Guess it’s just me…

1.9 million notes :|
GET THIS TO 2 MILLION!3 MILLION??!?!?!
LETS GET TO 3 MILLION!5 MILLION PEOPLE!!!! COME ON!!!!!!!
6 million come on
it’s amusing because 5 million is really just a fraction of how many people’s lives Harry Potter has touched. Like, this is just Tumblr…there is a whole world out there that doesn’t even know this website exists…but they know Harry.

Lalibela Church, Ethiopia
The town of Lalibela in northern Ethiopia is renowned for 12 Christian churches that were hewed out of solid stone some 800 years ago. The most stunning is Bieta Giyorgis, shown here, a massive monolith 40 feet (12 meters) tall, intricately carved and shaped like a cross.

bekn:
it’s weird how clothes were assigned genders, y’know, women wear dresses and skirts and stuff
but it’s even weirder how it’s become socially acceptable for women to wear trousers, shirts, blazers, etc but men are still shunned if they openly wear skirts or dresses
like, it’s just a piece of fabric, why can’t a man just wear a nice skirt without being looked down on?
people are weird about stuff
BOOM.
[edit]
And seriously, anyone commenting on here about how, “But men can wear skirts! They’re called kilts!” Just GTFO. A kilt is not a skirt, and a skirt is not a kilt…ya’ll ain’t dumb enough to not know the difference, stop playing.
